the big show

Today’s the day of the big scary interview with the company in New Jersey that I really don’t want to have to commute every day to work at. But what the hell, a job’s a job.

Well, not really the last thought. This was originally published a couple of years ago in Esquire.

Having spent much of my adult life in marketing, I can tell you that this was only a matter of time.
