I’m stuffed

I’m full of brisket, chicken and stuffing and other assorted Passover goodies. I should be up in bed by now but the matzah balls are fighting it out with the tsimis. Speaking of tsimis, could there be anything more frightening? ‘Um, no thanks really…. I’m trying to stay regular.’

The high point of the evening was finding J devouring what was left of a chocolate Easter Bunny he glommed off of his cousin. This after having nothing for dinner. According to nine out of ten doctors he should be flying around the living room right now, not sound asleep in his bed still in his clothes and the diapers he’s been wearing since 11 this morning. But I’m not complaining.

So now the house is quiet and reasonably neat. Tomorrow is another work day for Sue and the begining of another week of being Mr. Daddy at Home for me. The weather is nicer, maybe the park awaits us.
