Atkins day something or other…. twelve I think. I’m definately showing signs of improvement. Aside from the backache and headache, I’m feeling pretty good.

Last night we went to Outback for dinner. No Bloomin’ Onion for me. No cheese and chile fries. No sirreee. I get a salad and a plate of steamed veggies. Oh, and a big assed steak smothered with bleu cheese. Thank you Doctor Atkins!

    I worry about the Atkins diet. It’s just not natural. I can’t imagine that it’s good for your long term health. Be careful okay?

    Jeremiah… I’m not sure what you mean. The basics of Atkins are eating veggies, meat, cheese, lots of protein… the only thing you lose is bread and pasta. I’m not sure where Atkins gets the reputation for being a ‘fad’ diet…
