We had J’s birthday orgy this weekend. He’s a happy four year old camper now. Yes, I have no idea how that happened.

I got a great bit of advice from R., father of one of Jeremy’s play mates. If you are a good father to your daughter, he said, they won’t date assholes when they grow up. Add to that they won’t date Republicans, watch FoxNews, listen to country western music, ever say anything like “Who Moved My Cheese changed my life….” or think “The Lord of the Rings” is a silly movie about elves and wizards…. hrm….. I think I’ll take advice that to heart.
