I am thankful for…

my wife, who can finish one of my thoughts even when I’m not thinking it

my kids, who are already better and smarter and more wonderful than I could ever hope for

the Internet and all the wonderful people I’ve come across in the past ten or so years of goofing around with it

open source software, things I can spend hours trying to learn but all of a sudden in a moment I realize I ‘get’ it

less than three weeks until Return of the King

the 20th century masters of black and white photography… Adams, Weston, et al.

having a job that still allows me the time to roll around on the floor with my kids all morning

I could go on … but it’s late and I’m a bit drunk
