I’m thinking about working on this design… honest
In the last month…
Our water pump froze.
The kitchen faucet broke.
The replacement faucet we bought was defective, requiring two vists from the plumber.
Our washing machine (three years old!!) died.
And last night the hot water pipe from the furnace busted a leak.
