<description>I have a hankerin' for a hunk of cheese.

I have nothing bad to say about cheese and I think it's a fine trend for your household. The cheese surrounds us and penetrates us. It binds the galaxy together.

But I'll leave you with Alton Brown's words of wisdom about cheese:

"During a recent airplane voyage a fellow passenger asked me what food I would choose if I could consume but one type of food for the rest of my days. Despite the fact that I’d never been asked that question before, my reply was immediate and sure: cheese.

"It’s been a week and I haven’t changed my mind one iota."
