I’m thinking about working on this design… honest
I’m not going to go off on a long tirade about the asshats at the Westchester Apple Store. Sufice to say that the concept of record keeping and follow up seem to elude them. So today I picked up my PowerBook which no one bothered to look at or try to even venture a guess at what was wrong. I’m backing everything up, creating a clone on a firewire drive, and then I’m going to get me a new hardrive.
But first I’m going to sleep.
What the hell is going on with Apple lately? Your hard drive issues, other people having hard drive issues, failing screens on the 17 inch Powerbooks, increasingly stupid DRM at iTunes, refusual to replace iPod batteries when they die, horrible customer service . . .
Crap like that is Microsoft’s job.
