Actually two new CDs.

Du Jazz Dans le Ravin by Serge Gainsbourg and Shades in Bed by the Records who look to be pulling hard to be ambushed by VH1’s Bands Reunited.

Starry Eyes has a fond place in my fifteen year old inner self. I remember hanging out at various friends’ houses late at night watching the latest and greatest of the New Wave on Night Flight. I’m pretty sure that’s where I first saw The Clash, The Police, the Records and a whole host of now, mostly forgotten bands of the late lamented early 1980s.

OK, I’m feeling old now.
