Daddy, make a picture
I’m thinking about working on this design… honest
We’re back from our beach vacation in Cape Cod.
Yes traffic. Traffic traffic traffic. But sun sun sun… sun burn. Fish good. Vacation yay!
This morning, our hostess, the owner of the home we rented, was showing us some of her artwork that she was storing in a spare bedroom.
Sue noticed that her maiden name (which she signed the paintings with) was the same as a certain Very Important 20th Century American Man of Letters(tm).
So of course we asked. And our hostess told us that not only was she the daughter of said Great American Writer(tm) but that we were in the room where he wrote most of his novels.
And there I was thinking I was all high and intellectual reading Douglas Adams and Hunter Thompson.
I have no clue as to who this famous writer is, but comparing him to Douglas Adams!? Have you seen how mad him fans are!!! Run, hide and stay hidden until movie hits DVD!
Sigh.
The kids look so happy in that picture.
You blew it with the Hunter Thompson. Douglas Adams is well-known to be one of the Great Thinkers of the 20th Century. But Thompson? Obviously just a drug-addled coot with continuity issues.
