The best laid PR plans

I had a boss who used to wander up and down the halls muttering ‘God give me the freedom of a tightly crafted plan.’

In other words, while ’seeing what works’ is fine, there’s no substitute for a well constructed plan with goals, objectives and a roadmap to reach them. And once the plan is in place it should be flexible enough that it’s not a noose.

Get it?
