That said, I am in San Antonio, where we have 10,000+ evacuees.  And they are SCREAMING for African American hair product.  &quot;Please, please, just let me be able to do my hair.&quot;  If it provides even a bit of normalcy in the midst of chaos, what&#039;s the harm?</description>
