I don’t know about any of you, but when I can’t get at my email for hours at at time… ‘Oops’ is the last thing I want to hear from my email provider.

i don't know dave, i think oops is sort of endearing - you are certainly not going to get that sort of error msg out of the folks in redmond no matter how much our friend mr. scoble tries to lighten up and humanize them ;)

That would make me nuts. I've got maill.app set to check mail every 5 minutes and beep if it finds anything new.

Speaking of which, did you get the email I sent last night?
