		<description>Yes, but I would also argue it speaks to acting quickly on tech-based ideas and rolling them out even more quickly and efficiently...and having a plan on how to update them based on what you learn in the field AND to deal with the upgrade effect.

They should have been talking to iTunes online vs. in-store. If they wanted folks to stick around and buy more coffee, they could have bundled it with a free wi-fi promotion. 

Perhaps their books will do better?</description>
