They’re everywhere

handicappedlieberman.jpg Josh Hallett brings up an interesting point.

If anyone can blog or upload photos or video on anything that’s happening at any time, what is the meaning of “off limits to the media” or “off the record?”
Josh gives the example of right-wing blowhard Sean Hannity’s appearence at a local university. Supposedly the event was off limits but what’s to stop a student from blogging?

Similarly, Senator Joe Lieberman should have realized that these days, the “media” is everywhere. Sometimes its even in a camera phone, catching you doing something you shouldn’t.

Update: And in my own backyard, another politician learns to her regret, every who has a camera can snap a picture of her stuffing a bowl of chili in her face while her goons harass the photographer.
