		<description>On the &quot;brainstorm experience,&quot; I always love it when someone is writing everything down on a flip chart. When a crappy/stupid idea gets tossed out there, the recorder stops long enough to ask a follow up question that illicits an idea from someone else. They *NEVER* write down the initial, crappy/stupid idea. It&#039;s a classic workaround for the NO bad idea rule.</description>
