jetBlue just gets it

It’s not the in-flight TV. It’s not the simple frequent flyer program. It’s not the cheap fares or the easy to use web site. It’s not even the flight crews’ friendly and helpful attitude.
It’s a combination of all of that some extra added secret mystery ingredients that makes jetBlue such a pleasure to fly.
If every company needs a big idea for it to make sense, jetBlue’s seems to be that flying should be something more than getting from point A to point B.
