    The cost of failure has gone way down.

    This resonates for those of us in corporate communication. How much ROI do you really need if a blog costs you only $5 a month? And the "cost" that is declining isn't just in dollars. An error in your article about the quarterly financial report? Fix it now and you're golden for your online audience. But you'll have to fret about the folks who have hard copies of the weekly newsletter. A correction next week won't reach all of them....
