In the battle between the producers of mass entertainment and the fanboy sites like Aint it Cool News, pulling a pre-emptive reveal isn’t a new tactic. The BBC did this already with Doctor Who, releasing the first episode of the revived series online a week before its scheduled debut. Or maybe they didn’t. Or maybe they only want us to think they did. Or didn’t.
