Now that I have my own cave / office with all my gadgets and gizmos in one place… I’ve been rethinking my entire photography workflow. This room used to be my darkoom so it’s the least I can do.
I’m in the process of batch renaming 26,000 (yep, 26,000) digital images and putting them all in nice neat folders by date, adding metadata and backing them up. From here on in I think I’m going to use Adobe Bridge as my default photo importer since I can do pretty much all of my metadata and cleaning up right from the interface. The only problem is I can’t find a decent plugin that lets me export batches of pictures to Flickr. I tried FlickrShop but it doesn’t seem to like CS3. So if anyone has a suggestion, leave it in the comments.
