		<description>These are very good points and observations.  I agree that large or even mid-sized agencies may not be the best choice for start-ups first coming out of the box.  But then of course, as someone on the panel noted, the available budget to retain outside counsel often dictates the direction start-ups take with regard to PR.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Good seeing you.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Peter</description>
